    I am thrilled with my new stretch twill pants. They fit perfectly. And look really nice for all kinds of situations. The only thing I’d change is if they could be slightly lighter weight for Atlanta’s hot summer.

    Many brands have classic black

    Many brands have classic black pants in their selections, but the SPANXsupersmooth Stretch Twill Slim Straight Pant wins in my mind. I'm particularly drawn to the high-rise design and smoothing effect, which, together with the straight leg (5’6” height, 28” inseam), elongate my silhouette and make me look proportional. Not only are these pants flattering, but they also provide functionality that I appreciate, like the actual pockets and BELT LOOPS. I’m planning on getting additional pairs in different colors. Based on the size guide, I was in-between sizes L and XL (waist 33. 5”). I initially sized up to XL because I thought that the compression would make these pants run small, but this wasn’t the case. I also ordered the 31” inseam, thinking that the regular inseam would be too short, and I wanted these pants to cover my ankles. I ended up exchanging the XL tall for M regular, which turned out too small. Finally, L regular fit PERFECTLY. I should’ve ordered L regular to begin with, so this is completely my bad for overthinking, LOL, because the description and size guide are actually accurate. Regardless, the exchange process was super easy and quick, and the Customer Experience Team was accommodating and friendly. By the way, this has been my first purchase from SPANX, and I’m very happy!
